IMMIGRATION LAW

F-1 and J-1 students, by virtue of the I-20 or the DS 2019, have a contractual relationship with TCU and the U.S. Government to study full-time in their program, to make progress towards their degree and to follow U.S. laws and regulations related to employment, travel and otherwise participate fully in U.S. culture.

The specifics of these regulations are non-negotiable. Throughout the academic year, the International Services Office (ISO) will host a series of workshops and events to support our international students and will do everything possible within federal guidelines to give you the same opportunities as your U.S. counterparts.
